Residential Energy Audit Program (REAP)
The city offers reduced cost energy audits for homes through the Center for Resource Conservation (CRC). The audit involves a detailed utility bill analysis, educational energy counseling, and a technical energy evaluation of your home resulting in a list of recommendations of the most cost-effective energy improvements you can make.

How it works:
Download an application online and submit by email or mail (2639 Spruce Street, Boulder, CO 80302). For questions contact Ms. JC Martel at the CRC at 303.999.3820 ext. 224.
Participating cities: Boulder, Longmont, Superior, Louisville, Lafayette, Nederland, Jamestown, and unincorporated Boulder County (including Gunbarrel, Niwot, and Allenspark) are eligible. Additional charges apply to non-participating cities (Erie, Ward, and Lyons).
