Free Energy Upgrades (Weatherization)
The city of Boulder offers free Home Energy Efficiency upgrades through Boulder County’s Longs Peak Energy Conservation. This program for income-qualified residents works to improve the energy efficiency of the home while providing the benefits of lower energy bills and a more comfortable home. Free upgrades could include insulation, lighting, furnace or refrigerator replacement.
